Basic Features: Dimensions: 10" x 11" Capacity: 95 oz or 2.5 Liters Taste and odor free TPU Polyurethane. reservoir is FDA and military approved. Freezer and microwave safe. Patented MaxFlow high flow bite valve. Made in the USA. Color: Aqua Blue This system works great in the Top Load & GSA Fireline Packs. We are also designing our Radio Chest Packs with the option of a back pack to fit this 95 oz Hydration System.

Proper Assembly: To remove bite valve, simply slide housing and valve off the end of the drink tube. To replace, insert black valve into drink tube up to the two stop pegs. DO NOT insert past stop pegs. Slide housing over valve until it over-laps drink tube. The housing should extend a maximum of 1/8" beyond the end of the valve for optimum performance. For Extra Cold Water: The night before, fill the reservoir to 1/3 of it's normal capacity and then lay it flat in the freezer. Before you go out, top it off with water. Care & Cleaning Instructions: Rinse the reservoir, bite valve and tubing with fresh water before each use. Fill reservoir to desired level, close cap and confirm there are no leaks. To drink, simply bite down on the bite valve housing and draw water to your mouth. Once released, the flow will stop. Use warm water and mild soap to clean your reservoir, bite valve, and tubing. If reservoir develops a bad taste, fill with water and add two teaspoons of baking soda. Let soak over night and then rinse thoroughly before use or storage. To store, empty all water from reservoir, bite valve and tubing. Open cap to allow air flow inside reservoir and tubing. Cost: Call for costs and availability 1-800-664-0024
